In my work I come across a business owner, pleased that that is their company in the Internet there. They mean that they have a website with their company name. But it is what the potential customer looking for?
A prospective customers, it does not matter whether the company is called XYZ or ABC! Who searches the Internet has a problem that he solved would like to have. He is therefore looking for a product, service or a solution.
have to rethink this business owner. You have to apply exactly what is their particular strength. This includes a detailed research in advance of what clients are looking for their industry. Then they must consider whether they can solve this problem for their customers. And then it means these people are present as a problem solver.
From a customer perspective looks like this: When I use the internet to find someone who solves my problem, I sit in touch with him and he gets an order from me!
